K.SUBBA RAO

CHIEF JUSTICE OF ANDHRA

The Andhra Law Times is being started at a very appropriate moment coinciding as it does with the establishment of a separate High Court for the Andhra State. Efficient administration of of law depends on its ultimate analysis on the scrupulous and conscientious performance by judges and lawyers of thier respective duties. Law journals have a notable part to play in helping both the Bench and the Bar to properly discharge their obligations. The Andhra Law Times has the advantage of having a ditinguished Editorial Board and is also fortified by the association of young advocates with its management. with this combination of experience and enthusiasm, the Andhra Law Times should develop into a valuable legal journal and prove to be a great service to the legal profession. I extend my most sincere good wishes to the Andhra Law Times.
